Andrew is Kaieteur's Chief Executive Officer. He is primarily responsible for executive management, overall strategic direction and business development of the firm. Andrew is also CEO of our sister company, Deniad & Company LLC, a registered investment advisor and alternative investments consulting firm.
Prior to forming Kaieteur, Andrew was Chief Operating Officer and a principal of a multi-strategy hedge fund based in New York, where he was the lead executive responsible for Business Development and Marketing. During his tenure at the fund, Andrew successfully increased assets under management from $120 million to nearly $2 billion in two years and expanded all of the fund’s business lines globally.
Prior to joining the fund, Andrew was head of Equity Derivative Sales and Marketing at KBC Financial Products in New York. Prior to his tenure at KBCFP, Andrew was Head of Equity Derivative Sales and Marketing at Société Générale in New York.
A pioneer in structured derivative products for hedge funds (both single-manager and multi-manager), Andrew has been a keynote speaker at Alternative Investments and Derivatives conferences worldwide.
Andrew holds current Series 65, 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses and has held Series 4, 8, 9 and 10 licenses in the past.
Anthony is Kaieteur's Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for managing our operations and assuring compliance with all relevant regulations. He is also COO, CFO and CCO of our sister company, Deniad & Company LLC, a registered investment advisor and alternative investments consulting firm.
Prior to forming Kaieteur, Anthony served as Mergers and Acquisitions manager in the Finance area of Agere Systems (formerly Lucent), a micro-electronics semiconductor manufacturer in Orlando, FL. In that role, he managed acquisitions of companies and patents and helped establish Agere's new financial management infrastructure.
Prior to Agere, Anthony was a founding member of Société Générale's Options and Derivatives Group in New York and was instrumental in establishing the Bank’s presence in the US markets. In that role, Anthony was the executive responsible for all US Operations and Administration. He later served as VP of Operations and Administration in the Capital Markets division of SGUSA.
Before joining SG, Anthony had a successful career at J. Aron and Company and at Goldman Sachs in New York, rising to VP of Operations for Foreign Exchange and Commodities.
Anthony holds a BA from Richmond College in New York and holds current Series 7, 24, 28 and 63 securities licenses.
Thomas is Kaieteur's President and Chief Technology Officer, originally responsible for creating the firm and registering it with FINRA. He also created and now manages Kaieteur's technology infrastructure. Thomas develops marketing strategies for Kaieteur's clients and serves as Kaieteur's Executive Representative to FINRA. He is also President and CTO of our sister company, Deniad & Company LLC, a registered investment advisor and alternative investments consulting firm.
Prior to forming Kaieteur, Thomas operated a technology strategy consulting practice, where he provided strategic and operational analyses and project management expertise to non-profit organizations. Previously, at Merrill Lynch, Thomas was responsible for developing corporate Risk Management technology architectures to support global initiatives in the Investment Banking and Trading areas.
Earlier, at Société Générale in New York, Thomas, as VP of Information Systems, created and led application development teams responsible for mission-critical applications and systems architectures in the bank's Equity Derivatives, Investment Banking, Risk Management and inter-bank Payments business areas, among others.
Thomas has been a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder since 2006. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Harvard University. Thomas also holds current Series 65, 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses.
